The post holder will make autonomous decisions in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients registered with our Practices. You will ideally have experience within a primary care setting and your high standards of patient care will naturally inspire those you work with. As a team were passionate about what we do, making sure that patients are receiving the best care possible and in the right way for them.

OneMedical Group joined Minehead Medical Centre in February 2024 and are supporting the team there to deliver excellent care to the patients and communities around Minehead. The Medical Centre is a central hub in the town, with a team there that are as close-knit as the rest of Minehead's population.Minehead is a coastal town in Somerset, lying on the south bank of the Bristol Channel and within easy reach of Bristol, Taunton, and Yeovil. Job responsibilities
In addition to standard nursing duties, the Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner (ANP/ACP)role is accountable in conjunction with the Lead Nurse for the clinical governance of the practice and is designed to provide clinical leadership in the practice, in order to ensure the safe, effective and compliant delivery of services to all be working with a great local team and will have the support of the wider NHS Services Leadership team and our Support Centre teams as well.
