Salary: £22.50 per hour + paid breaks
Location: Minehead
Shifts: Full time, including both days and nights
Your Role as a Registered Nurse:
In this position, you will be entrusted with the holistic care of residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social requirements while ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently met.
You will foster a secure and nurturing environment for residents with diverse needs, taking proactive measures to make essential decisions.
Your responsibilities will include crafting personalized care plans, administering medications safely, and striving for excellence in all aspects of your work.
What We Seek:
- A Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin
- Proven experience in a nursing home setting
- Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
- Experience in developing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments, with a solid understanding of the regulatory framework
- A compassionate, dedicated, and resident-focused approach to nursing
