Data Steward – 6 Month Contract – Fully Remote – Inside IR35

VIQU have partnered with a global E-Commerce organisation who are seeking a Data Steward to support the EMEA faction of the business.  

The role:

The Data Steward will support the improvement and quality of data across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be the go-to person to hold responsibility for ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy from a number of different sources.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that product data across a number of core systems are accurate and fully complete
  • Work with stakeholders on data requests / any incoming queries or issues
  • Work to deadlines such as product launch dates
  • Track and report status of product data

Key skillset:

  • Experience working as a Data Steward or within data management, with strong working knowledge of data management concepts
  • Experience working within the E-Commerce industry
  • Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) / ERP data
  • Ability to use various software, systems, and methodologies to conduct the role
  • Solid understanding of the data lifecycle
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Role details:

  • Role: Data Steward    
  • Duration: 6 months initial with view to extend 
  • IR35: Inside IR35 - (Off-payroll regulations apply)
  • Rate: £300 - £340 per day
  • Location: Fully remote
