The role:
This is a busy hands-on recruitment role where you will be responsible for recruiting Dentists, and Specialists for a dedicated geographical area of the country. You will work as a Business Partner to deliver on all recruitment needs for their area, working with the Area Managers and Practice Managers at ground level. You will be responsible for presenting your monthly successes, challenges and opportunities in Monthly Forecasting meetings with the COO, FD and several other Senior members of the team. Develop and implement innovative and efficient recruiting strategies to attract Dentists into our practices Keep up to date with changes in the skill mix and NHS contracts so that a proactive approach is taken to talent acquisition You will be a Recruiter who will strive to deliver on results whilst developing the team around you to ensure that the whole business is supporting in achieving your recruitment strategy. You will work closely with other parts of the Recruitment team who cover other roles within the business including Overseas RecruitmentThe person:
Appropriate level of Recruitment experience in-house or an agency environment – ideally in a candidate short market where you have needed to be think outside the box Experience of recruiting in the dental, Healthcare or niche industry sectors You will be an expert in partnering and collaborating with your stakeholders and be able to manage multiple roles and business projects at one time. We are looking for someone who has deep operational strength, is an expert at building and maintaining relationships with a creative flair Proven delivery of revenue targets and KPIs which have positively impacted business performance Detail orientated.
