**Job Description**.**:
Boston Hale is currently partnering with one of the NHS's largest trusts to recruit for both a clinical and non-clinical procurement business partner/category manager on an interim basis.

Both roles can be largely remote with visits to site once every two weeks or when required for essential stakeholder meetings.

Duties include:

- To support senior stakeholders in the development and implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies
- Manage high value strategic sourcing projects
- Work closely with category leads to ensure the provision of products, equipment and services are effectively monitored
- Provide market intelligence to identify opportunities
- Facilitate strategic initiatives such as sustainable procurement and collaborative opportunities
- Provide information to support procurement projects
- Support the training, development and success planning for teams across the trust
- Work with colleagues at all levels to ensure service, operational, clinical and patient requirements are identified and fully considered
- A significant understanding of public procurement
- Excellent commercial and influence skills, business acumen and drive
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Accurate and confident with analytical data and decision making
