- They are embarking on a period of accelerated growth and as a result, we are building a high-quality, high-performance team to advise and execute the hiring plan as well as build, innovate, and improve a best-in-class internal recruitment function.What does it mean to be a Senior Talent Partner with this client?
- As a Senior Talent Partner, you will work closely with our Talent Director and their Director of HR to build and run a high-quality Talent Acquisition (TA) function.- You will oversee the recruitment process to uphold the highest levels of quality control whilst always looking for continuous improvements.You will become the client’s expert on all things recruitment, bringing in new initiatives, such as process improvements, employer branding projects, strategic partnerships and more.What do we need from you?
- You’re currently working in a recruitment-focused role in either an agency, internally, or in an RPO format
- You have experience recruiting within financial services or FinTech would be ideal
- You have experience implementing new processes within a TA function
- You’re experienced in leading an account and managing the full spectrum of stakeholder relationships
- You have the experience or the ability/want to manage junior team members
- You have a genuine passion for recruitment and people
