We currently have avacancy for a SHE Administrator on a 9 month fixed term contract at our site in Rawcliffe Bridge, EastYorkshire. Reporting to the Lead SHE Coordinator, you will be responsible forproviding administration support to the general site (including the seniormanagement team) as well as a range of SHE administration duties.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

Private and confidential admin support for Occupational Health provision and locally based HR systems Admin support for SHE reporting, communication and improvement activities Managing the Occupational Health appointments Raising purchase orders via SAP Co-ordinating visits to site Managing overtime and absence forms Provision of generaloffice admin support (filing, updating paperwork)

Essentials:

Good planning and organisation skills are required You will have effective communication skills, capable of working with employees at all levels To be able to work to a high and consistent standard with good attention to detail You will have the capability to manage confidential information in a professional and discrete manner Have a passion for high standards and continuous improvements Educated to GCSElevel with passes in Maths and English

Desirables:

RSA/NVQ/Admin qualification
