We're seeking a talented HR Apprentice to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department within our Operations Team (Warehouse & Transport), you'll play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring a positive work environment.

Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional administrative support, managing employee data, assisting in payroll queries, addressing employee queries, managing employee leave and absence administration, and contributing to various HR projects and initiatives.

Hours - Monday - Friday 0900-1730

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our HR department
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submissions
  • Address employee queries and provide first-line support
  • Support recruitment processes and onboarding new hires
  • Manage employee leave and absence administration
  • Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills and experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
