Join our New Model Quality team as an Industrial Placement student and play a key role in driving the quality of our vehicles to new heights. About the Role: 

As a New Model Quality Industrial Placement student, you'll work alongside our experienced team to ensure the highest quality standards are met for our new vehicles. You'll be involved in: 

Managing Multiple Tasks: Handle various tasks simultaneously, interpreting high-level programme objectives to help the Quality teams achieve their targets. 

Quality Standards Development: Create and manage Vehicle Inspection Standards and Evaluation Instructions to enable accurate assessment of vehicle build quality. 

Programme Coordination: Work closely with the Quality Engineering teams to communicate vehicle programme requirements and track progress. 

Implementing Lessons Learned: Apply insights from previous projects to enhance the robustness of new designs. 

Leading Fixture Build Activities: Take charge of fixture build projects, manage budgets, and collaborate with other departments to meet all requirements. 

This placement will give you a well-rounded experience in quality management, project coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration, helping you build a strong foundation for a future career in the automotive industry. 

What We’re Looking For: 

A Team Player: Demonstrate strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well across different teams. 

Pursuing a Degree in Engineering: Enrolled in a BEng or related degree program in any engineering discipline. 

An Excellent Communicator: Able to present information clearly and confidently to all levels, from technicians to senior management. 

Driven and Tenacious: Show a natural drive to succeed, a willingness to tackle challenges head-on, and the resilience to see projects through to completion. 

Experienced in Team Activities: Any extracurricular activities or projects demonstrating teamwork and leadership are highly valued.
