About the Opportunity
Aston Martin is seeking an exceptional New Model Quality Graduate to join our team. As a key member of our Quality department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our new vehicle programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret high-level program objectives to understand the tasks to be undertaken by the Quality teams and create plans to ensure deliverables are met.
- Work closely with the Quality Engineering teams to cascade vehicle program requirements and obtain status updates.
- Create and manage Vehicle Inspection Standards and Evaluation Instructions to enable accurate assessment of vehicle build performance.
- Drive the implementation of lessons learned to ensure the robustness of new designs.
- Lead fixture build activities, controlling the budget and liaising with other departments to meet all requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information to all areas of the business.
- Tenacity and natural drive to succeed in a challenging role.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- BEng Engineering degree within any discipline.
- Experience in extracurricular activities demonstrating teamwork skills.

- A starting salary of £34,200 with performance-based increments.
