Job overview

To develop and implement a range of retention initiatives/activities in line with the Trust's People and Culture Strategy. To improve and maintain MTW retention statistics whilst meeting regional KPIs. You will analyse a wide range of data monthly to highlight any key areas that require improvement and will be required to take a proactive approach, dealing with escalated and complex queries when required.

Main duties of the job

To identify, plan and deliver activities to support the implementation and embedding of retention improvements Identify opportunities, advice, lead and coordinate staff retention events and campaigns To act as the project lead on the planning and implementation of Trust wide projects and initiatives in relation to the retention of our workforce, ensuring agreed timescales, monitoring of progress, addressing delays and escalating as appropriate. Preparing reports and data analysis in relation to retention activity Design, implement and analyse stay interviews across the Trust Develop and maintain effective communication networks to support the delivery of the project

Tunbridge Wells Hospital opened in 2011 and provides single rooms with en-suites for all in-patients – the first of its kind in the country.
