The role:

Commercial Effectiveness Business Manager

This role will support commercial leaders in enabling and improving the commercial model and effectiveness as well as lead innovative workstreams to deliver more efficient CRM solutions.

Salesforce effectiveness

Oversee Salesforce improvements and development for the Commercial function Drive the Sales team’s Salesforce engagement and adoption, including commercial 
excellence initiatives to improve data integrity in Salesforce Lead the implementation and improvement of Salesforce solutions to enhance the 
commercial organisation performance Design and delivery of predictive analytics, new metrics and insight using Salesforce 
data (in collaboration with Data Insights and Operational Research team). This 
includes process design and implementation (how we make commercial decisions 
using this) Responsible for Salesforce reporting and dashboards, allowing the organisation to 
measure performance, KPI's, track rewards and recognition, and drive training and 
development Provide process and functional expertise to development teams Lead or facilitate sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements Support business UAT as functionality is delivered Establish and utilise a group of Salesforce Champions globally to aid in adoption and 
process rollout Development of Salesforce training as new functionality is released

Commercial innovation

In conjunction with the Business Change Manager, introduce leading edge tools, 
technology and processes aimed at expanding the Commercial skillset and building a 
high performance culture Develop, document and implement additional Commercial processes; where 
necessary, re-design workflows and implement new approaches that increase 
efficiency and management visibility and reduce risk Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement (removing 
roadblocks as needed) and delivery against these Work with commercial stakeholders to develop Commercial playbooks / best 
practices in how to use new technology, as well as driving adoption of new tools

Management and delivery of Commercial reporting, intelligence and insight

Work collaboratively with other Business Managers to outline future reporting 
requirements for the commercial teams in order to support future commercial 
effectiveness Collaborate with the Data Insights and Operational Research team to specify 
reporting requirements Ensure the plan to execute, adopt and progress on metrics

What you’ll bring to IAG Cargo:

Your experience:

Proven technical and functional experience with Salesforce Evidence of use of data to drive commercial decision-making Evidence of identification of areas of improvement and provision of creative solutions 
to benefit the customer Proven track record of developing CRM strategies and gaining support from senior 
stakeholders Track record of delivering sustainable change and reducing complexity Ability to communicate and influence effectively across functions, cultures and 
hierarchies Commercial and competitive awareness Experience of working with Tableau
