About the Role:
- Provide a comprehensive planning service across a group of companies.
- Conduct site assessments and detailed reviews of planning histories.
- Prepare and manage the submission of planning applications.
- Oversee s106 agreements and ensure planning condition compliance.
- Support the Land & Planning team throughout the project management process, including amendments and discharge of conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full planning service across the group.
- Undertake thorough site assessments.
- Manage planning applications and planning condition discharges.
- Collaborate with the Land & Planning team to ensure smooth project management.
Qualifications:
- MRTPI status or working towards it is preferred.
- A degree in planning or a related property field is an advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of the UK planning system and processes.
- Excellent IT, organisational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in both public and private sector planning environments is desirable.
