As a Commercial Specialist within the Bids & Tenders team, using your industry product knowledge, you will create high-quality commercial proposals to drive our large customer agenda, supporting our sales departments to win new, and incremental business opportunities.

What will I be doing?
- Qualifying new opportunities to gather an in-depth understanding of the customer and scope
- Data analysis - cleanse and review customer product data, identify products using knowledge/data tools, and identify where we can offer alternatives
- Collaborate with Sales, LCO, Category, Engineering and Supply Chain to offer the right products
- Create winning commercial proposals to support our large customer agenda
- Deploy winning and profitable pricing strategies
- Use our specialist Excel templates to create commercial proposals
- Collaborate with our vending consultants to support designing the right solution
- Deliver well-organised and accurate handovers to the project team
- Influence our internal and external stakeholders to ensure we focus on the 'right customer, right opportunity' and successfully drive our large customer agenda
- Qualify and support transactional opportunities to realise spend quickly within large and core customers
- Demonstrate the ability to take accountability and ownership, be a strong collaborator, a decision maker, analytical, a detail person, be organised and influential.
