Asan Accounts Senior you will have a handson role responsiblefor:
  • Prepareaccounts for the audit team across thefirm
  • Controllinga portfolio of clients comprising individuals and owner managedbusinesses
  • Preparationof accounts for companies partnerships LLP s and soletraders
  • Preparationof corporation tax returns andcomputations
  • Preparationof partnership tax returns and adjusted profitcomputations
  • Preparationof personal tax returns andcomputations
  • Reviewof VATreturns
  • Useof online accountingpackages
  • Ensurethe implementation of all relevant client work ensuring effectiveteamworkflow
  • Arrange& lead accounts planning meetings so as to maximiseimplementation of immediateresources
  • Supervisesemi seniors & assistants who are involved in productionand delivery ofwork
  • Actas a key point of contact for nominated clients to manage all theircompliance & other servicerequirements



RequirementsEssential:
  • Experiencewith full FRS 102 accounts IFRSaccounts
  • Experienceof preparation of group accounts and consolidations includingcashflowstatements
  • Experienceof foreign subsidiary conversions including pre and postacquisitionreserves
  • Experienceof calculating minorityinterests
  • MinimumACA/ACCA partqualified
