We are looking for a team of experienced and committedRegistered Nurses that hold key skills and expertise in complex care, tosupport a little boy in Blackpool. You will need to be passionate aboutdelivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positiverelationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live asindependently as possible within the comfort of their own home.

Our service user is a sociable 5-year-old boy with a hypoxicbrain injury that is living with his loving family in Blackpool and requires adedicated care team to support his needs on a 1:1 basis.

He loves interaction and engagement with his family and careteam, listening to rock music and exploring his favourite toys, especially hismusical bells. Our young service user thrives on love and care, creating aprofound connection with those around him.

Main duties of the job

Throughout the night you will provide support with hispersonal care, moving and handling, clinical observations and attending to hisclinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment topromote a restful nights sleep, offering reassurance and comfort when needed.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available

Part Time Nights 10pm - 8am 2-3 Shifts Per Week

Nights: £ per hour (Approx. £350 per 10-hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £ per hour (£400 approx. per 10-hour shift)

This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your clinical skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service user, really making an impact on his day-to-day life.

Job responsibilities

Provide person centred nursing care and support to service users, their families and healthcare assistants .

Participate as part of a team and using a person centred approach, assess, plan, implement and evaluate care delivered.

Maintain and oversee the maintenance of appropriate associated service user record.

Provide clinical supervision to Healthcare Assistants
