Are you passionate about shaping the future of adult care leadership? Join us as a Healthcare Level 5 Development Coach, where you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of leaders in adult care. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home, combined with the enriching experience of visiting learners for progress reviews and additional tutoring within your designated area.

As a Development Coach, you'll be at the forefront of delivering and facilitating impactful teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring to apprentices. Your expertise will guide them through the Level 5 Leader in Adult Care apprenticeship standard, ensuring they not only meet but exceed their potential.

In this role, you'll lead a caseload of learners, supporting them to achieve their apprenticeship or qualification, and any additional requirements like a Diploma. You'll guide them through to Gateway and the successful completion of their End Point Assessment. Your keen eye for detail will ensure work is regularly assessed with constructive feedback provided, including SPAG, while you keep the E-Portfolio system (Aptem) meticulously updated.

Understanding that every learner is unique, you'll identify and support those with additional learning needs, leveraging the neurodiversity platform Cognassist to tailor your approach. You'll also take the lead in promoting and monitoring safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety, Wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion in every aspect of your role.

This is more than just a job-it's an opportunity to be part of a leading national training provider that's in a period of dynamic growth and expansion. You'll thrive in a fun, supportive environment, within an organisation that truly values its people and culture.

We believe in keeping our team connected and engaged. Expect regular catch-ups, team socials, and even surprises in the post. Plus, you'll have the chance to participate in company-wide social events-because we're not just colleagues; we're a friendly, close-knit community.
