The Senior Consumer Account Manager is responsible for the further development and managing of a Lenovo prestigious account.

They are exemplary at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and develop effective long-term business relationships at the level with key decision makers and influencers both internally and externally.
Identifies and prioritises Lenovo opportunities and develops lasting agreements and commitments.

Deliver Lenovo goals across key metrics (Revenue / Margin / Market Share growth) Works closely with the Consumer Sales Director on strategic direction and business execution. Provides coaching and mentoring across the wider Lenovo teams. Build and Execute Inhouse and customer “Joint Business Plans” supporting key metric. RTM analyses, review Lenovo in house shares, create action plans and execution to drive opportunity and growth. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through planning, forecasting and execution. Cooperation with marketing on brand development Online and instore visibility/POS improvement & promotion. Work with EMEA & UKI product management to determine appropriate product line-up, price propositions. Manage the customers Lenovo product portfolio and conduct competitive analysis. Establish the brand name as well recognized and esteemed in the UKI market.

Position Requirements

5-7 years’ experience in IT Industry and Sales. Proven track record in high profile account management Self-motivated and pro-active mentality Energetic, sales driven attitude and a “must win” attitude. Presentation and communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow in fast paced Consumer environment. Commercial understanding of the UK&I Retail market. Requires travel.
