Key Responsibilities:

  • Key account management
  • Making outbound calls to build on existing business and create new business
  • Contacting customers to Increase the volume and value of existing orders.
  • Managing the email inbox, incoming orders and responding to enquiries
  • Calling + Emailing customers back with information they have requested
  • Processing sales quotations & orders
  • Creating and booking in purchase orders
  • Checking and maintaining stock levels and main stock inventory
  • Purchasing weekly main stock from the factory
  • Purchasing from external suppliers
  • Updating ERP with customer key information
