Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
12 month Fixed term contract

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team within a thriving company? We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our well-established client in Leamington Spa. As a key player in the manufacturing industry, our client collaborates with some of the biggest household names.

Whilst this role is a 12-month fixed term contract for maternity cover, this could present long term opportunities for the right candidate. As a business who is experiencing continued growth, they value their team and will always look to develop and retain their team.

Role Overview: As a Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of the sales and marketing teams, providing essential support and maintaining seamless communication with customers and suppliers. You will manage multiple projects, process orders, and monitor stock levels, all while delivering exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:

Provide support to the sales and marketing teams.
Liaise with customers and suppliers daily, both in person and over the phone.
Manage multiple new and existing projects simultaneously.
Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries as the first point of contact.
Understand our full service offering and effectively communicate it to customers.
Maintain extensive communication with customers and colleagues.
Monitor stock levels across various accounts.
Accurately and efficiently process basic orders.
Collaborate with the external sales team.
Run reports and export data as needed.
Ideal Sales Administrator:

Previous administrative experience in a similar role is advantageous (full training provided).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving abilities.
A team player capable of liaising with stakeholders at various levels.
