We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service while driving sales revenue. Unlike traditional desk jobs, this position involves meeting with prospects in person to engage with them directly.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospects in person to provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Handle a mixture of warm leads and cold leads, engaging them with product information and promotions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their queries
  • Utilize your sales skills to upsell promotions and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing our brand in face-to-face interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to meeting targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to travel and meet with prospects in person
