Learning and Development Trainer (Healthcare)

Salary: Up to £30,500 + Car Allowance

Hours per week: 35

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Learning & Development Trainer to join our client's healthcare team. In this role, you will design and deliver impactful training programs to support the professional growth of healthcare staff, particularly in neuro-rehabilitation and acquired brain injury services across the Midlands. The ideal candidate will hold a recognised training qualification and bring experience in developing and implementing engaging, tailored L&D solutions for diverse audiences.

Qualifications
  • Training Credentials: A recognised qualification in training (e.g., PTLLS, Cert in Education, CIPD, or equivalent).
  • MAYBO Accreditation: Desirable, though not essential.
  • L&D Experience: Proven track record in designing and delivering learning interventions for varied audiences.
  • Creative Approach: Ability to craft innovative solutions for both mandatory and developmental training.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with a broad range of learners.
  • Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with health and social care is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Design & Delivery: Develop and facilitate training programs focused on clinical skills and management development.
  • Innovative Learning Solutions: Create engaging and compliant L&D programs that meet mandatory standards.
  • Needs Assessment: Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver customised solutions.
  • Engaging Training Techniques: Use a range of instructional methods to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends to enhance training programs, adapting them as needed.
  • Evaluation & Feedback: Assess training program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
