Job Title: Regional Healthcare Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Trainer to join our team at Nurse Plus Careers. As a Healthcare Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering our induction training program, ensuring our staff receive the necessary mandatory training to excel in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct induction training programs for new staff members
  • Deliver mandatory training sessions to ensure compliance with industry best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in the care sector as a trainer or educator
  • A teaching qualification such as PTLLS or AET (or equivalent)
  • IQA qualified highly desirable
