What we’re looking for…

The Engagement Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our Sales Teams have the necessary tools to be effective in call and our customers are effectively communicated with.

Influencing the delivery of our core business objectives:

- Market Share growth within Symbol & Independent stores

- Enhancing Visibility & Availability within Multiple stores

- Growing distribution, visibility & availability within Out Of Home and Wholesale customers

Working collaboratively with our Brand and Shopper Marketing teams this role requires a creative flair for in-store execution and an ability to compelling bring to life our sales initiatives both to the sales teams and their customers.

Your responsibilities will include...

As an Engagement Executive your responsibilities will include;

Retailer Communications: Create visually rich marketing communications in line with our communications plan, review their effectiveness and use learnings to influence future campaigns. These communications will be a blend of traditional and digital marketing. Selling Tools: Collaborate with the sales management team to understand and develop tools that will help the team be more effective in their roles. Engage with the sales representatives to ensure these tools are having the desired effect in store. Retail Execution: Work with the shopper marketing team to ensure we have the correct POS to drive maximum exposure across all sectors, highlighting best in class examples from our competitors. Develop a clear understanding of our customers needs and represent them during meetings with our internal teams. Supplier Relations: Engage with our 3rd party suppliers to ensure we get maximum value from our investments whilst frequently reviewing the market to ensure our suppliers are the correct ones. Training Tools: Support the Capability Manager with visually compelling resources that will help drive a high-performance culture, ensuring our branding is maintained across all outputs. Sales Drivers: Transform the individual monthly sector plans into an effective sales playbook allowing the sales team to focus on the right message in the right outlet every time. Performance Hub Support: Providing support across the Hub as and when required to ensure we are as effective as possible.

Creative Mindset: Who is able to work on own initiative to bring our business focusses to life Communication: Excellent written & verbal communication skills Team Player: Comfortable working both individually and part of a team High Personal Standards: Accuracy and attention to detail are essential Strong Canva (or similar) skills with an ability to create visually impressive content SMS & Email Marketing Experience
