Were looking for a creative resultsdriven and handsonFleet Sales Manager to join the Polestar UK team. Home based andwith travel to head office (Bicester) customer meetings and events(nationwide) required along with the potential for someinternationaltravel.


TheResponsibilities

This is a keyrole reporting into the Head of Fleet Sales where youll beresponsible for sales relationship building and activities in thefleet segment across the UK. You will use the new digital salesprocess and system to maximise sales and build a consistent orderbank. Were driving change in the fleet market with a truly uniqueapproach to customer centricity collaboration and partnership.Successful colleagues need to know the traditional market butembrace change and be bold in the pursuit of improving customerexperience at every level from driver to fleet manager and leasingprovider.

See below for a breakdown of the keyresponsibilities:

  • Manage thecorporate sales channel within your territory of the UK focusing onthe Motability broker rental and lease cotacticalchannels.
  • Develop existingrelationships and build new ones with corporate clients present andnegotiate buyback and risk offers with our rentalpartners.
  • Work closely with Car BenefitSolutions to deliver the quarterly PSUK and Investor partneremployee scheme offers.
  • Own develop and managerelationships with key stakeholders within Motability Operationsensuring a compelling offer.
  • Achieve sales growth through positioning of the Polestarbrand within the UK fleet segment through events andmeetings.
  • Identify and maximise the salesopportunities for Polestar within the corporate market (EndUser).
  • Develop and own an industry leading CRMsolution that maximises presale contract and renewalopportunities.
  • Budget planning and forecastingfor weekly monthly quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Take a handson approach with day to day customeroperations and the interaction between customer leasing providerand Polestar.
  • Strong collaboration andcoordination with Polestar HQ Fleet team and wider Polestar UKteam.
  • Build the Polestar brand profile throughidentification and implementation of test drive strategies inconjunction with public Polestar event locations Polestar Spacesand customer opportunities.
  • Manage additionalschemes and or programmes as required to drive the PSUKobjectives.
