Sword Ping Networks are an award-winning systems integrator & managed service provider with a state-of-the-art Network Operations Centre in Bellshill, just outside Glasgow.

Our services are supported by our secure and dedicated Network Operations Centre facility. A custom-designed secure space; with a best-in-class customer network, monitoring and alerting display; operated by our security cleared engineering team.

Here’s what the role looks like:

  • Sales & Business Admin Support Core Activities
  • Preparing customer quotations
  • Sourcing supplier quotations
  • Generating purchase orders
  • Recording and corelating all transactions
  • Supplier & Customer Interactions
  • Supporting the external Sales Account Management team for bid support
  • New Customer / Supplier account setup
  • Contract preparation
  • Internal Travel & Expense Management

Requirements

Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:

  • Attention to detail
  • Sales Order Management / Financial Experience
  • Strong Excel use for data manipulation
  • Telco / ISP Knowledge would be beneficial
  • Minimum 2 days per week in the office
