JOB PURPOSE

è As a Salesforce Developer, you will be an integral part of our digital transformation initiatives, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our clients' business objectives.

The Hive

Senior Software Developer

è Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.

è Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.

è Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and third-party connectors.

è Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.

è Perform data migration and data transformation activities, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.

è Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, providing timely and effective support to end-users.

è Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, proactively recommending improvements and enhancements.

è Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

è Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.

è Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their ability to leverage Salesforce effectively.

Skills & Requirements

Essential

è Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I or II) is required.

è Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

è Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

è Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.

è Experience with data migration tools Data Loader, Talend) and techniques.

è Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and design effective solutions.

è Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

è Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

è Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Lightning Web Components (LWC).

è Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools Jira, Confluence).
