About the rolenAs the Salesforce Business Analyst you will be the bridge between the business and the technical teams, gathering all Salesforce business requirements, refining them and ensuring they are delivered to the technical teams to implement. You will communicate with stakeholders of all levels and work closely with developers and the Salesforce Platform Lead to successfully implement changes on the platform.

RequirementsnThe skills and experience required will include but not be limited to:n2+ years of Salesforce Experience.nExcellent experience in gathering requirements, creation of user stories and stakeholder management.nKnowledge of core Salesforce products including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.nExcellent understanding of the limitations of the Salesforce platform, and the ability to communicate it's capabilities to non-technical teams.nSalesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst
