About therole:

We are lookingforRegional Service Representative tojoinBYD. This exciting opportunity has become available due to thecompanys successful growth. The position will play an importantrole in managing key dealers and fleet customer relationships.Therole isprimarily based in Hounslow BYD London Office but willrequire extensive travel throughout theUK.


TheRegional Service Representativereportsdirectly to the Aftersales Manager of passengercars.


Exactresponsibilities may differ based on the specific business areasbut willinclude:

  • Managing primary and retail dealer and/or fleet customersrelationships
  • Agreeing on Annual SalesObjectives (ASOs) with dealers;
  • Gaining dealeracceptance to monthly wholesales providing mix and derivativeguidance to minimise stock ageing and ensure effective dealerinventory management;
  • Working with dealers andbusiness customers to achieve monthly and quarterly salesobjectives;
  • Regular review of the dealer inmarket performance to identify sales opportunities and addressunderperformance;
  • Deliver comprehensive dealermarketing activity with regular reviews and appraisal of dealermarketing plans ensuring that they effectively communicate BYDmarketing programmes and drive traffic to thedealership;
  • Support the launch of our newproducts working with the dealer network to deliver comprehensivelaunch plans;
  • Maintain a high level of productknowledge and inspire your dealers to do the same;
  • Ensure Central communications are quickly understood andactivated by the dealer network;
  • To finalisecontracts and negotiate proposals calculate margins andbudget;
  • Any other reasonable duties requestedby your linemanager.

Requiredskills qualifications andexperience

  • BachelorsDegree or equivalent workexperience;
  • Experience working for anautomotive company will beappreciated;
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonalskills;
  • Proficient PPT or similarpresentation skills;
  • Effectively managecompeting tasks to completion;
  • Ability to workon own initiative demonstrating ownership while being a teamplayer;
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office(Excel and PowerPoint in particular);
  • Chinesespeaking is beneficial;
  • Eligible to work in theUK.
