Regional Service Manager *INTERNAL APPLICATIONS ONLY*

Location: London & The South

Your dream role:

We are looking for a Regional Service Manager to provide Aftermarket support to customers with Alexander Dennis products. You will communicate with customers on service support and product performance and manage resources to enable aftermarket to grow & cultivate retail opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

To complete warranty, campaign and chargeable repair work within specified timescales. To identify and report reliability, performance and maintenance issues that affect customer perception of the AD products. To communicate with customers on service support and product performance. To manage resources to enable the call centre to expedite warranty & retail repairs. To manage efficient utilisation of directs.

What you will bring:

Background in vehicle engineering (HGV or PSV) Knowledge of AD products and procedures Qualifications to BTech Certificate or equivalent Experience of vehicle maintenance procedures and customer operations Full UK Driving License. Computer literate with experience Word & Excel Dependable, punctual, and reliable. Must have excellent self-organising and planning skills. Must have excellent communication skills written /oral and be self-motivated.
