We are looking for a Service Delivery Associate to connect people, teams, technologies, and processes to create customer value and support Fujitsu’s customers on their digital journey. In this exciting role you are responsible for supporting Service Management within our Defence and National Security Business Unit. You will help to ensure a range of activities are successfully executed and all requirements regarding time, quality and budget are met.
The account you will be working on is high in complexity and risk and managed in line with our standard Project- and Program approach. In this role you will be reporting to a more senior Service Delivery Manager.
Your experience
With your rich experience as a Service Delivery Associate – preferably within the Defence & National Security sector - you have a great way of bringing people and responsibilities together and are fully aware of the impact of this work on the Fujitsu services organization. You will ensure that Service Management activities assigned to you are completed on time and meet the Fujitsu quality criteria. This type of role would be a good step to becoming a delivery Service Delivery Manager.
Typical Role Based Tasks:
Leading on Asset Management for the account. Coordinate and lead in break-fix process assisting to manage incidents with the service desk. Coordinate the change board and support the process to deliver these changes to the Live service. Work on identifying and delivering service improvements.Competencies we are looking for include:
