**What the job entails**:
In the role of the Service Delivery Lead you will support the businesses growth plans by ensuring that Detectronic provides a reliable, repeatable and customer centric service to its customers from installation of the first product through to the ongoing provision of maintenance activities and data services. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex and geographically widespread projects ranging from 1000's of installs to bespoke solutions for our customer base. Inspiring great performance and build a high performing team with a focus on quality, innovation and efficiency.

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Experience in managing field and desk-based operatives and leadership teams in matrix organisations.
- Ability to create bespoke solutions based on customer needs from the suite of Adler & Allan solutions and services.
- Good financial acumen.
- PC based IT skills - Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of delivery and achievement.
- Strong planning and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage and influence a skilled multidisciplinary team.
- Engineering competency.
- Knowledge of the water sector.
- Tenacity, durability and able to demonstrate resilience with a positive attitude to change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a clean UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UK.
- A Criminal Record Check will be required due to the environments in which the postholder will operate.

It would be beneficial but not essential if you had the following qualifications:

- IOSH Managing Safely
- SMSTS
- Prince 2
- NEBOSH

**Deep diving into the role a little more**:

- Manage smooth transition between sales team and Service delivery ensuring team are well prepared to deliver the clients requirements.
- Own the client relationship and attend all necessary meetings in their region.
- Develop and own KPI performance for all projects under their control.
- Refine and develop Standard Operating Procedures for all activities involved in Service Delivery
- Be responsible for P&L performance on assigned projects.
- Drive quality as a priority on all projects and contracts with a right first-time ethos.
- Be curious - use Innovation and procedural improvements to drive performance and efficiencies.
- Develop our people to be the best they can be, creating a culture of learning, coaching and empowerment.
- Inspire and motivate best in class delivery from installation, maintenance and data provision.
- Promotes a culture focused on the health, safety, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion of all employees within their function and delivers associated outcomes.
