About the role : Checking supplier cost prices, against purchase orders  Update all purchase reports as required  Raise purchase orders for suppliers from weekly ordering lists Update monthly supplier information and data  Update weekly delivery conformity reports and provide summaries to Purchasing Supervisor Liaise with suppliers and review of order confirmations  Update and maintain supplier documentation/certificates/technical information Review and progress chase open purchase orders Assist where necessary on supplier quality rejections Assist where needed on supplier corrective actions Observe and maintain recognised Health and Safety standards Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by the company

What experience do you need to have:

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in an administration role Good communication, organisational and Microsoft skills is essential Must have good attention to detail Willing to learn and develop Previous purchasing experience is desirable
