based in Sheffield. Our Assistant team are critical in the smooth running of
the People and Culture team with a focus on providing a high quality service
and ensuring a seamless administrative process is followed. This is an exciting
role, that will provide you with the opportunity to develop and progress your
career.
The role of the People
and Culture Assistant is to;
- Be
the first point of contact for all administrative queries - Complete the end-to-end process for new starters, movers
and leavers - Maintain accurate and up to date data in the people system
- Support in the production of Data Insight information
- Partner with the wider People and Culture Team to address
day to day people operational issues - Undertake
general administrative duties including answering the telephone, opening
and scanning post etc. - Support with ad hoc projects when required
Knowledge and skills
required
- Administration
experience - Good standard of education, 5 GCSE’s (or
equivalent) grade A-C including ICT, English and Maths - Computer literate – Microsoft Excel,
Word, Outlook and Powerpoint - Team player and has a positive attitude
- Good time management, organisation, and
communication skills - CIPD Level 3 or studying towards a qualification is
desirable but not essential
