Job Title: People and Culture Co-ordinatorWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a People and Culture Co-ordinator. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in championing HR practices that empower our team, supporting staff in employee relations, and driving our vibrant culture through wellbeing initiatives and company events.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Head of People and Culture to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business objectives.
- Support staff in employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Draft and send offer letters and contracts to successful applicants.
- Manage our HR System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of employee information.
- Curate and deliver internal training to ensure all staff are HR savvy.
- Support with onboarding new staff, including creating a seamless and engaging experience.
- Manage leave requests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Play a key role in payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through wellbeing initiatives and company events.
- Update and edit policies and processes in collaboration with the Head of People and Culture.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with talent attraction and managing the candidate journey.
- Report on key people statistics and KPIs, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR or people-focused roles.
- CIPD Level 3 or above is a definite plus.
- An organized and proactive individual, capable of juggling multiple tasks with a sense of ownership.
- Multitasking is your superpower, backed by a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive thinker with a knack for turning ideas into actions.
- Event management experience would be amazing.
- Keen to support and care for our staff, a real team player.
- Trustworthy and reliable; confidentiality is key.
- MHFA ideal but not essential. Training will be offered if you would like to qualify.
