Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting dedicated professionals to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASC) in our client secondary schools in Falmouth, Cornwall. If you have relevant experience, whether in a classroom or a non-educational setting, we want to hear from youPosition Details:
- Role: ASC Teaching Assistant
- Type: Full-time, starting September 2024
- Pay: Starting at £83.85 per day, with potential increases based on experience
- Duration: Employment for the whole of the academic year
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students with ASC in mainstream classroom settings and small group sessions.
- Collaborate closely with identified students to support their educational and developmental needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with ASC or similar conditions.
- Patience, understanding, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in both individual and group settings.
