Thornbury Community Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Learning Disabilities Support Workers. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, enabling them to live safe and fulfilled lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with learning disabilities and/or autism in a community-based setting
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to provide high-quality care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and expertise

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience in learning disabilities support
  • Passion, resilience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with clients and colleagues
