About the Role

We are looking for a support worker with a minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities. Your expertise will enable our clients to live safe and fulfilled lives, achieve personal goals, and participate in community activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
