We are looking for aseasoned and dynamic Associate to join our thriving residentialconveyancing team in Tenterden. This role involves managing adiverse and comprehensive caseload of residential and occasionalcommercial conveyancing matters including:

  • Handling freehold and leaseholdsales/purchases
  • Managing transfers ofequity
  • Overseeingremortgages
  • Navigating stamp dutyprocedures
  • Conducting titlechecks
  • Preparing searchreports
  • Addressingenquiries
  • Managing lease agreements andrenewals
  • Regulating landlord and tenantrelationships
  • Facilitating deeds ofsurrender
  • Coordinatingrefinancing
  • Overseeing business acquisitionsand sales
  • Drafting utilitiesagreements
  • Actively participating in businessdevelopment
  • Managing cases from inception tocompletion

CandidateProfile: The ideal candidate will be exceptionallyorganized disciplined and adept at handling high volumes of work ina fastpaced environment. You will join a supportive team and shouldpossess extensive experience in both residential and commercialconveyancing. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven ability to manage your own caseload withminimal supervision
  • Exceptional prioritizationskills and proactive work ethic
  • Stronginitiative and ability to workindependently
  • Excellent client interactionskills
  • Professional appearance and technicalcompetence
