Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Associate to join our thriving residential conveyancing team in Tenterden. This role involves managing a diverse and comprehensive caseload of residential and occasional commercial conveyancing matters including:

• Handling freehold and leasehold sales/purchases
• Managing transfers of equity
• Overseeing remortgages
• Navigating stamp duty procedures
• Conducting title checks
• Preparing search reports
• Addressing enquiries
• Managing lease agreements and renewals
• Regulating landlord and tenant relationships
• Facilitating deeds of surrender
• Coordinating refinancing
• Overseeing business acquisitions and sales
• Drafting utilities agreements
• Actively participating in business development
• Managing cases from inception to completion

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized disciplined and adept at handling high volumes of work in a fastpaced environment. You will join a supportive team and should possess extensive experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing. Key qualifications include:

• Proven ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Exceptional prioritization skills and proactive work ethic
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Excellent client interaction skills
• Professional appearance and technical competence
