Associate Conveyancing RoleWe are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Associate to join our thriving residential conveyancing team at Quro. This role involves managing a diverse and comprehensive caseload of residential and occasional commercial conveyancing matters.
Key Responsibilities- Handling freehold and leasehold sales/purchases
- Managing transfers of equity
- Overseeing remortgages
- Navigating stamp duty procedures
- Conducting title checks
- Preparing search reports
- Addressing enquiries
- Managing lease agreements and renewals
- Regulating landlord and tenant relationships
- Facilitating deeds of surrender
- Coordinating refinancing
- Overseeing business acquisitions and sales
- Drafting utilities agreements
- Actively participating in business development
- Managing cases from inception to completion
The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, disciplined, and adept at handling high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment. You will join a supportive team and should possess extensive experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing.
