Hotel IT Support Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hotel IT Support Analyst to join our IT team based at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor. This role is perfect for someone with hotel or hospitality experience—whether from a reception or restaurant background—who now wants to move into their first IT technical role.

In return the role is offering a salary of £25,000 per annum plus excellent benefits including free use of the gym facilities, free meals on duty, a complimentary 2 night stay with dinner each year to celebrate your employment anniversary plus additional stays for just £50 per room bed & breakfast, to name just a few

As a Hotel IT Support Analyst you will work as part of a small diverse team to deliver complete IT support and solutions to our De Vere users. This will include logging and prioritising IT service desk tickets, setting up new user access and accounts, providing remote and deskside Microsoft Office applications support and remotely supporting both hotel systems (Oracle and Epos).

This is a Full Time Monday to Friday position although some occasional travel and overnight stays will be required to support with project work at our other De Vere Hotel and event venues, so a driving license and your own transport is required.

Your skills and experience:
• You have hospitality experience, with a good understanding of Hotel systems including Opera and Epos and a keen desire to learn new IT skills for which full training will be provided
• You have good organisation and communication skills and are able to demonstrate a flexible attitude and approach
• Most of all, you share our values such as being graciously warm, demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating people’s needs and ensuring every detail is considered

An IT qualification is desirable but not essential

Driving license Essential
