As our company continues to expand, we are seeking Area Sales Managers to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development of our van business. This is an exciting time to join our company, as the successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with a diverse range of customers, including some of the most recognized brands.
While previous experience in the LCV industry is not a requirement, having the right attitude and work ethic is critical for success in this role. You will have the opportunity to receive comprehensive training and career development, which is one of the reasons why we have such a high rate of staff retention.

Here is a flavour of what you’ll be doing:
Identify new business opportunities, referrals and prospecting activities Account management-achieving, growth and customer satisfaction Face to face meetings with potential customers who do not yet use Dawsongroup Maintain a high level of van utilisation. Identify and develop potential markets that relate to the area Achieve sales revenue targets as setWhat we hope you can bring to our business:
Outgoing personality and drive, in a high-energy/fast-paced environment Be commercially aware with the ability to spot sales opportunities Highly organised and can easily adapt to change Ability to think on your feet in a conversation- ask and answer questions with ease A "never stop learning" mentality and can apply it daily Have excellent planning and organising skills, with the ability to manage your own time Have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain value added customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service Possess effective influencing and negotiating skills Proven track record in sales and business development Promote the Dawsongroup brand, ensure clients are aware of all Dawsongroup businessesAll candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
