Recruiting for a reliable and experienced Commis Chef to join our team.

The main job elements include but are not limited to;

  • Assisting the kitchen operations
  • Working with kitchen team to ensure that food storage units all meet standards and are consistently well-managed
  • Working with the kitchen team to adhere to quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards·
  • Ensuring that customers receive excellent quality food

YOU...

Are dedicated and passionate about food... an interest in Scottish food and utilising local produce is a plus.

Have at least 1 years experience in a Commis Chef position

Ideally living in Scotland
