The Opportunity: Commis Chef

We're seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Kitchen Brigade at Hilton Aberdeen TECA. As a Commis Chef, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Reporting to the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include assisting senior chefs with food preparation, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain meticulous cleanliness and sanitation standards within the kitchen.
  • Prepare ingredients under the guidance of senior chefs, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Accurately measure and portion ingredients according to recipes.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and managing stock rotation.
