We are Two Circles, the four-time Sport Industry Agency of the Year, and we are a sports marketing and data technology company. We work with over 150 sports properties, including the Premier League, NFL, ECB, F1, UEFA and Wimbledon. Working as an extension their commercial teams, we help them grow direct relationships with fans and connect audiences, fans and brands alike to their sport through social media. 

We currently have a growing team of over 650 Two Circlers based across eight locations globally: London, NYC, LA, Miami, Kansas City, Bern, Paris and Melbourne

The Role:

The Assistant Producer is a full-time role in our ever-expanding and talented Studio team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organised, efficient - with the ability to work across multiple projects and productions, supporting producers and editors to produce brilliant content for our client base. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their next step in the production industry.

What you'll be getting up to: 

  • Working to our Senior Producers, to deliver a range of short and long form productions for the Two Circles Content Team client base
  • Assisting Production team through all phases of production
  • Research and logging of clips on archive platforms to assist Studio creatives with ongoing projects
  • Assisting Studio Producers on shoot days and at events. This may include managing rushes and operating as a second camera
  • Working on basic edits in support of video editors and broader Content Team clients requirements
  • Supporting broader Studio team to ensure content is dynamic and constantly come up with new ideas to offer clients (existing and prospective)

 

Required Skills:

There’s no set profile for an Assistant Producer, and we welcome applications from people with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Ticking every box on this list is not a pre-requisite, but evidence of some will definitely help your application:

  • Minimum of one year working as a Researcher and/or similar production role
  • Experience and basic understanding of using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience working in Women’s sport
  • A love of storytelling
  • Excellent knowledge of digital and social media platforms, including how video content is optimised for social platforms
  • Thinks creatively and is comfortable working to brand guidelines and tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Has outstanding communication skills to maintain effective working relations with a wide range of internal and external contacts
  • A highly organised individual with an ability to work across projects simultaneously
  • A knowledge and love of sports and its place in wider cultural themes

 

Desirable skills:

  • Basic camera skills (Sony FS/FX and DSLR) 
  • Intermediate skills on Adobe CC, especially Premiere 
  • Full UK Driving License
