**Job Description**:
As an Assistant Producer, you will be supporting one of our key global fashion clients.
As part of the dedicated 22+ team based in London, it's integral to have a broad understanding and passion for the sports and/or fashion industry.
As an Assistant Producer, you will play a key part in the running of the day-to-day. Working closely with our Production Operations manager, and Producers to optimise the production vision. Whilst logístically supporting the team to ensure administrative tasks are happening on time.
**Qualifications**:
General
- 1- 3 years of professional experience in a related field
- Self-starter with a positive, solution-driven attitude
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, coordination and multi-tasking skills
- Be the finance authority on the finance process, understanding all facets of the process and managing end to end
- Key POC both internally and externally, on PO requests
- Work closely with the Production Operations Manager to execute, manage and deliver solutions for the operating model
- Manage production job numbers, timesheets, and briefs, through briefing platforms. Create efficiencies where possible.
- Ensuring all team meetings, kit, onboarding, and file access are up to date at all times
- Support and understand Travel and Expense policies
- Manage and oversee all onboardings of new starters
Production (non-direct support)
- Ensuring that all Business Affairs Paperwork is appropriately consolidated and filled during and after the shoot.
- General admin around samples, final reconciliations, and the archiving of complete business paperwork and asset Data.
- Occasional production support
