Role Summary:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in managing classroom activities and fostering a positive atmosphere for students. This role is perfect for individuals who are dedicated to promoting inclusive education and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.
  • Support students with their learning and personal development throughout the school day.
  • Foster a stimulating and encouraging learning environment.
  • Work with small groups of students to provide targeted support.
  • Help with behavior management and encourage appropriate social interactions.
  • Maintain accurate student records and provide feedback to the teacher on progress.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills.

Requirements

  • Qualifications or certifications in education or related fields preferred.
  • Prior experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students.

  • Knowledge of educational best practices and child development.
  • Commitment to child safeguarding and well-being.
