WHAT TO EXPECT

JLR currently have an exciting new opportunity for an IDT Process Manager to join their recently established leading digital team. The primary function of this team is to design, implement, monitor, manage and assess the IDT governance environment within the department. This includes maintaining conducting reviews of the design and operating effectiveness of the IDT internal control environment and supporting management with remediation activities. The aim is to ensure JLR’s exposure to IT & Digital technology is managed within the company’s enterprise risk appetite. Maintaining the Digital Policy Manual SharePoint site, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Manage and drive the compliance with IDT ICMS controls standards and policies with appropriate standards, frameworks and leading practice. Assist teams within core functions within JLR IDT to design, implement and mature IDT processes and procedures relating to the internal control environment and improve effectiveness of controls to manage risk to acceptable levels. Ensure governance process remain aligned to JLR’s regulatory and Statutory requirements as well as measuring and performance risk through KPIs and KRIs. Provide advisory services to management to improve processes, drive a control mind-set through JLR and achieve the highest level of quality and continuous improvement with accurate and timely analysis / reporting to facilitate decision-making. Ensure business areas are suitably designed to comply with policies, standards, procedures and applicable laws and regulations and support delivery through assurance and governance.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Experience of understanding complex multi technology environment with the ability to develop a Risk and Control Matrix based on technology and capability. Knowledge of evaluating GITC controls and controls to provide assurance over Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability. Ability to present assurance solutions based on maturity and complexity of areas and systems. Good understanding of process documentation development and creation, ability to recognise and develop controls through process analysis with experience of reviewing and improving processes/internal control. Understanding of relevant industry standards and frameworks ( GDPR, COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001).
