Our ‘Processing & Distribution Senior Manager is responsible for all operations within the PDC driving excellence in customer satisfaction, commercial performance, management against critical KPIs and to manage, coach and motivate team to create a Centre of Excellence and cement reputation as a brand leader in its field

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

Operational Excellence:-

Delivery of efficient operations Specific development of outbound operations to support future volume requirements (including revenue & cash)Manpower planning and task allocations Management of operations through accurate definition & adherence to KPIsOperational liaison with distribution partners monitoring performance and improving service levelsContinuous improvement development& implementation of site processes to include but not limited to Despatch and Goods ReceivingNon-warranty returns (picking/packing issues)/Lost Time reductionManagement of customer feedback & reviewsSite management through Health/Safety & compliance, facilities & environmentalERP & WMS Lead (operational deployment)
